Fright Night Remake Trailer

on May 14, 2011 - 9:18am

I've already expressed how I feel about horror movie remakes in the past, so I won't bore you with that again. Instead, I will simply post the trailer for the re-imagined Fright Night film.

It certainly looks darker than the original, which at the very least means they're putting their own spin on it. I do have trouble buying Colin Farrell as a vampire, but I think that's just because I'm not a huge fan of his.

As for my beloved David Tennant, get ready for a movie trailer game of Where's Waldo. Blink and you'll miss him.

Fright Night - The T-shirt

on September 3, 2010 - 9:02am

A year ago I posted about a certain Fright Night T-shirt I wanted. I've carried that 'want' with me this whole year, especially since there's going to be a remake, and after the remake I may not want to wear the shirt in public ever again. And no, I don't want to talk about the remake. After seeing images of David Tennant as the Vegas magician...well...I love David Tennant. And I love Fright Night. And I am unhappy.

ANYWAY, there were only two things I was allowed to buy at the convention. First was the Fido print I posted yesterday, and second - only if I made my target at the table - was a horror t-shirt that I really loved.

I'd actually given up on the t-shirt by Sunday. I liked loads of shirts, but I didn't love any of them. But then I saw the Fright Night T-shirt. Stopped, pulled out my wallet, and bought it.

The only Scooby Doo mystery for me was that it was at the Fearwerx booth, though I thought Fright Rags were the only people who sold it. And just this morning I was able to finally check it out online. Yup, Fright Rags are still the only ones who sell it in their online store.

Strange. Are the two stores working together these days?
