Sewn Face, or "Stitch Head" as Yetch likes to call her, was made with papermache, a layer of liquid latex and paint. I stitched thread through her eyes and mouth just to make her extra pretty. I wanted her to look as if she had been burned with the same chemicals she would have used against the animals she was sent to kill.
