Vladimir

A viking helmet changed Vladimir's life. 

He was a meek and mild mannered creature. He liked playing BINGO and building little cabins out of popsicle sticks. Grape soda was his drink of choice when he was letting loose. 

Then one day on his way home he spotted the helmet laying in his path. He looked around for an owner but found none. 

On closer inspection, he noticed a card tied to one of the horns.The cover was blank but the inside said "Try it on. It will change your life". 

Vlad scoffed, then wondered. He looked around again, this time to make sure no one was there to watch him put this ridiculous helmet on. I mean, really. It was ridiculous. And yet...

He strolled further along, helmet under his arm, until he came to the local pond. For the second time, he looked around for any onlookers. Satisfied that he was alone, he placed the helmet on his head and peered forward at his reflection. 

These days, beer steins have replaced pop bottles. Popsicle stick architecture has made way for dog sled races. But he still loves to play BINGO.
