Ghoulish Goodies Shop

Now and then I have a few ghoulish goodies available for purchase. Some will eventually make their way onto Etsy. Some are just being offered to those who visit my website.

All of my items are one of a kind, handmade, and unique. I sculpt and paint all figures myself.

Payment

All payments must be made in full through PayPal using a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) or your PayPal account.

All prices are in US currency.

Shipping

• I will ship your purchase within 3 business days of receiving payment.
• I ship through Canada Post.
• For USA: Generally, I use Small Packet Air for orders in the USA (package arrives in 4 business days or more). Items of higher value will only be sent Expedited (these items will be clearly marked in the item description) which is more expensive but includes delivery confirmation as well as tracking numbers for peace of mind.
• For Canada: Expedited shipping priced at the Regular Parcel rate (package usually arrives within 1 to 2 business days).
• I am not shipping internationally at this time. Sorry folks.
• If you are buying multiple items, it is best to contact me directly before making your purchase. I will then create a personalized invoice for your entire order through PayPal with the discounted shipping cost. If you're concerned someone might snatch up a figure before I can respond via email, and you want to make your purchases before I've given you a quote, I can always send you any applicable refund once I've calculated the new shipping price (but I can't guarantee a discount in every situation).

Refund Policy

I do my best to protect items when mailing them out. Should an item arrive damaged, please send me an email with a photo of the item immediately (within 2 days of its arrival). While I cannot promise to replace an item (since they are one of a kind), I'm sure we will be able to work something out.

Otherwise, all sales are final, so please look closely at the pictures and read the descriptions of each item carefully before you buy!
