Boogers on a Stick

It's been too long since I posted a recipe. This one comes from www.familycorner.com.

Normally I wouldn't be interested in a recipe that stars Cheez Whiz, and I would recommend you create a cheese dip with actual cheese, but something tells me you might not be able to get the same glowing green appearance.

I was also given a suggestion of doing the same thing with white chocolate.

Ingredients

• 8 ounce Jar Cheez Whiz
• 3 or 4 drops Green food colouring
• 3 dozen pretzel sticks

1. Melt cheeze whiz in the microwave according to jar directions. Allow the cheese to cool slightly in the jar.

2. Carefully stir in food colouring using just enough to turn the cheese a pale snot green.

3. To form boogers: Dip and twist the tip of each pretzel stick into the cheese, lift out, wait twenty seconds, then dip again. When cheese lumps reach a boogerish size, set pretzels on wax paper to cool.
